We may modify or discontinue features or courses with reasonable notice when feasible. We will not remove your access to purchased materials during the stated access period.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply. If you are not satisfied with a course, contact us within 14 days for a good-faith review of your request. We do not guarantee refunds for completed courses.
5. User conduct
Do not misuse our services, attempt to access data you do not own, or disrupt site operations. Respect traffic laws and safety regulations during practice.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by SierraElio DriveCare or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may use materials for personal training; any other use requires our permission.

Training content is for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Roadside conditions vary; exercise judgment and prioritize safety.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SierraElio DriveCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses from use of the training materials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
